Given that students are compelled to purchase meal plans, the quality of dining options is unacceptable. As a parent of a freshman, I am very disturbed by the poor quality of vegetarian dining.

I would never frequent a restaurant with VDH violations like W&M, yet I am FORCED to pay for my child to eat this garbage. Expected so much from a prestigious school like W&M.

Our meal plan makes it so each meal costs like $10, but the quality and effort put in is not even remotely equivalent to this. You should be ashamed of how embrassing the dining hall is. I've gotten food poisoning on multiple occasions and literally had a bone in my chicken sandwich in the last week.

Safe, edible food is a basic human need. You force students to live on campus for two years, and then you feed them inedible, unsafe food. It is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. FIX IT!
