W&M should be held accountable for the ridiculously poor levels of food quality. How is one state school James Madison rated so high and W&M so low for food services? The uncooked chicken, bugs, rotten vegetables and more are horrid.

I don’t believe that college dining needs to be best in class, but the noise regarding food quality/quality and food safety at WAM continues and needs to be addressed. There may be a cost involved, but we cant continue to allow pink chicken and other unhealthy / insanitary conditions to continue. WAM is a treat college but its food service seriously lets it down.

My student loves W& M in nearly all other respects; campus dining should be a regular pleasant experience.

For the amount of money I spend to send my son to this school, and the "prestige" that W&M has, the food is abysmal.

Please respond. We love W&M and support the school in all aspects. As a member of the group behind this, I am ready to support and help any effort the school makes towards improving the food. How can parents help?

This is one of several reasons my other children will not be considering W&M next year.

The President should eat in the cafeteria with the students until this is fixed.

Dining services dumping all students with food allergies into one single low calorie option is unconscionable and unhealthy

We should not be paying top dollar for unsafe and substandard food for our children. You can not aspire to be a world class university while offering third world food services.

The poor quality of food has presented an additional financial burden since my son opts way home often to eating off campus or ordering in food. I feel as if a good portion of my payment for the required meal plan was more a donation than a payment for a useable service.

My child has celiac. Her freshman year was pretty easy to eat, after COVID shut down, it all went down hill and has not improved at all. She has spent the last 2 years trying to eat. The meal plan is a lot of money for food she cannot eat. Bring back Simple Servings like it was before you moved it from the side area.
