As a parent of an OOS student, I am appalled at the price of meal plans compared with the quality and selection. You can and must do better, W&M.

A restaurant couldn’t get away with consistently bad food and unsanitary conditions like these. There is no excuse for this food situation at W&M. I find it very concerning that W&M is doing very little to address this issue. W&M needs to prioritize the health of the students and actually take substantial positive action on this issue.

This is shameful. We pay an astronomical amount of tuition for below quality food. I cannot fully endorse this school until this is rectified.

If Jose Andres can serve wholesome food that is cooked and tastes delicious surely a college cafeteria with local resources electricity and manpower should be able to serve good food consistently. The kids are our future.

The food is shameful , there is no reason I should know two people who have gotten food poisoning within a week. Do better

I got food poisoning earlier this semester. I'm tired of there being no vegetarian options. Hope the school fixes this soon.

It's a shame that the food is not on par with a school of William and Mary 's reputation. The students deserve food that doesn't give them food poisoning or diarrhea.

For as much is tuition, room and board is at W&M, conditions should be better for our children.

My daughter got very sick a few weeks ago after eating chicken in the dining hall. We’re pretty sure it was food poisoning.

My Sophomore daughter has had a dreadful experience since arriving on campus, despite frequent meetings with W&M nutritionist and serving as a student member of the ineffective culinary council. The mandatory meal plan has been supplemented by $500 additional out of pocket per semester for Instacart and other grocery store trips. Advice for food service - focus on and master the basics / dietary staples before exotic cuisine.
