Syed Subzwari is an American citizen married to a British woman. They have two British children aged four and one. He applied to remain in the U.K. on 10th May 2012 as per Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, but his application was refused by the Home Office. An appeal was filed to HM Courts & Tribunals, they also dismissed the appeal on 13 Dec 2013. We urge the Home Office to reconsider the case and allow him to remain with his family.
Why is his "human right" to "family life" not being recognised buy our courts when murderers and rapists are allowed to stay here?
