Ask DOPL to Protect All Utah Teens

This takes away the rights of parents and youth to seek out help dealing with unwanted and unnatural psychological disorders. Stunning!

I think the attached statement covers it well enough that I don't need to say anything.

Time to stand up push back rather than lay down and do nothing!!

I do not like the new rules.

I want to help support teens and youth from troubles they are going through. Please Change the Language so that it properly protects teens

Let people choose what is right and wrong and what treatments they want to receive.

Please protect our teens!

I am opposed to this ban for many reasons, the first being the right of parents, not government, to determine what is best for their children.

This Law would be absurd. Taking away an individual’s right to self-determination is wrong.

Let all teens discuss their own values with their therapist.

I am very concerned that vulnerable youth might not be able to express their concerns because of new laws curtailing or somehow choosing what can and what cannot be discussed with professionals. Please stop this legislation and begin again with wording that will help all children get the help they need without fear.

The language in question attempts to put all people exploring their sexual feeling in one box - the one box that the LGBTQ lobby says is the ONLY ONE that fits them. That attitude negates the individuality of each person and their right to self-determine what is best for them.

Please protect the right of parents to make decisions in the best interest of their children.

There should be choice for everyone even those who want help with same sex attraction. If you don’t want help then don’t get help, but don’t stop those who do.

People with unwanted same sex attraction and a sex confusion need help. They do not need government interfering with their therapy choices.
