Ashley Davis is amazing Potter and pottery instructor, I believe the city of Waxahachie would only be enhanced to have such an artist.

I have known Ashley Crouch-Davis 11 plus years. She is a good person and a good friend. Y'all need to let her open her Pottery Studio. It would be good for the community and add to your tax base.

I am a fellow crafter. I understand when you have a place full of crafts supplies and tools, you need lights. Give the woman what she needs to work!

A woman owned and operated small independent business is good for the economy, the people of the city, and encourages other small businesses, especially those that are run by women. This is a win-win situation that the city of Waxahachie has been denying to not only Ashley Crouch-Davis, but to the city and the people of Waxahachie as well. It is imperative to change this decision and allow Ashley to get electricity to her studio building. As a Ceramics Artist, she cannot function without electricity. In addition to supporting a woman owned small business, this decision would also support the Arts, which adds value to a community as well. I highly implore you to reconsider and allow Ashley to have electricity and other city services for her studio.

Ashley, her art & abilities are such a boon for Waxahachie, the city absolutely ought to be willing to work with her to enable such an opportunity for budding artists of all ages in Waxahachie to access lessons from a talented artist!

I was a resident in Ellis County for 2 decades. As an art major-I would have really appreciated having a ceramic studio nearby.

Zoning exceptions are made every day for multi-billion dollar businesses. Support small business AND the arts for a change and allow her studio to move forward.

There is no reason she should not be allowed this building.
