This petition has been created to act as a voice of concern in regards to the Amateur Softball Association of Illinois using the sub-standard fields located in Wood River, Illinois for the use of the "B" State Championships. We request for the relocation of this Tournament at another location worthy of Championship play.

I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and it is wild to see people actually agreeing that we deserve better fields. It feels like things might finally shift because people are tired of playing on those dusty lots and honestly it is just nice to know I am not the only one frustrated by the state of it all.

Needs a professional place for these kids. Wood River is not it.

We travel hours for this event. We deserve better facilities than what they have there.

my daughter played there last year and it was dangerous. dirt is like concrete and the grass is trash. move it.

Those fields are a embarrassment to the state tournament. Do better.
