I've lived half a block north of this space for the past two and a half years. It's been vacant the whole time. I'd love to see a coffee shop there.

I live on T Street in Bloomingdale, which is a family oriented neighborhood. There are very few spaces in Bloomingdale where families and creatives can artistically express themselves
