I assumed this sort of thing had been sorted. Really outrageous in this day and age to find a lack of disability access.

This is highly discriminatory and a rediculous scenario anyone at any time can find themselves dependant upon a wheelchair or a scooter. Trains are here to serve the public disabled or not WE are your paying public!

The service should be avalabe for every single person. At the the end of the day were oll human and should be teated like one.
