Arrest the people who were involved in the 'Live cat thrown into Crocodile farm' case

This innocent cat was thrown in a pool full of crocodiles by the person who is recording this video and the owners and employees at the farm didn't take any action. According to me animals shouldn't be terrorized and treated this way so i demand arresting the people who were involved in this case for animal cruelty.
The incident happened in Peru at a crocodile farm in Loreto. The video has sparked outrage on social media, with many demanding the owner of the crocodile farm be prosecuted for animal cruelty. At the time of reporting, it is unknown whether police have pressed charges.

This man has something wrong with him if he can do this. Which he did with many laughing in the back ground sick. He should be locked up as he is Dangerous. Its Murder next he be Murdering Humans. How can he be safe to be around anyone with this mental Status. Police in Peru. Please arrest this Man he is Dangerous to the Public.

The most cruel, distressing, traumatic thing I've ever witnessed. It didn't stand a chance. Anyone who owns a cat knows that they are affectionate and trusting towards humans. To inflict so much fear, trauma and pain on an animal in the name of "fun" is beyond words. I feel sick just thinking about it. If these cold-hearted "people" can do this to an innocent creature, what's to stop them from inflicting the same horrific fate upon a baby or child? They need locking up.
