This man needs jail time! If it was a dog things would be different he should be treated as it was a dog
PLEASE hold this sick person accountable for this useless cruelty to a defenseless, harmless animal. Enough is enough. There is going to be an escalation in violence toward other animals and people if there hasn't already been. Please enforce laws to keep animals from being killed for fun!

This man is absolutely disgusting for laughing at the death of an innocent animal and encouraging others to do so as well
