No surprise. Ricky's stalking/harassment antics are well known, even in the private investigator community. He was denied his PI license in Missouri for these antics. He's also done time for more than just felonious restraint.

I don't understand how a felon can even be in possession of a fire arm and not be arrested! This is unjust!!
