The last two years my children have attended Campa Mhacha, a 20 minute drive each way but well worth it, I could not praise it enough, fully packed days embracing our culture whilst having fun and immersed in the Irish language! Shameful that such a worthy recipient of funding would be refused! I urge you to please reconsider this refusal and visit the Campa Mhacha summer scheme to you see the dedication from leaders and the caring environment!

Total gutted at what has happened, my kids have attended this summer camp for 7 yrs now, meeting up with fellow irish speakers over the summer holidays, this will be a big miss to all involved.

Disgusting decision to get rid of a language that is loved so much by kids that are willing to learn.

Míle buíochas leis na daoine uilig a chuir dea-theachtaireachtaí inniu, go háirithe an Seanadóir Niall Ó Donnghaile ó Shinn Féin agus Jackie Coade ó Pháirtí na Comhghuaillíochta a dúirt linn go n-ardóidh siad an cheist ar son na bpáistí go léir.

Absolute disgrace for a camp that has thrived for the last ten years be denied funds for the simple fact the letter was addressed in Irish!

This should be looked at again as the only people suffering are the children
