We, the undersigned, being of sound mind and body hereby make the following claim against the lawsuit between Trendy Entertainment and Studio Wildcard. That we;
1. Are not, nor have we ever been, under the employment or coercion of Studio Wildcard.
2. Have purchased one or more of the Dungeon Defender series and as such feel our additional purchase of Ark: Survival Evolved has no effect on Trendy Entertainment's Sales; or Have purchased Ark: Survival Evolved without ever considering the purchase of any of the Dungeon Defender games.
As such we (the consumers) deny the claim of Trendy Entertainment which states these two games are in direct competition for our money, and we consider any suggestion to the contrary to be a falsehood.
We support Studio Wildcard in this legal dispute and request the courts dismiss the unsupported claims of Trendy Entertainment.

I have bought both dungeon defenders on the Xbox, ps3, and PC with every add on that came out and I played them to utter death, and now I have bought an I feel like its no where close to the game dungeon defenders 1 or 2. It's a really well made dinosaur survival game that we need
Have purchased every dungeon defender game and ark, never once considered them competing.
I really think this is so childish, why would you not just ask for a percentage of earnings?
So many people play this game, hopefully they don't disappoint us.
i play this game on steam and one of the best games i've played, it is a childhood dream to be in a world with all kinds of dinosaurs, but i don't how you can compare this to a RPG defence game.
Yes i never considered the defender game yet i cant wait for ark survival evolved...i am about to sell my ps4 just to get xbox one so i can play early release....please let the game release !!!!
It is about more then that but i do not want to see ark removed.

This lawsuit is completely absurd. If this goes through ANY game company could sue another company for direct competition if a member quits. EVERY game is competition. Does matter if he did a start up company or chose to go with Wildcard. Trendy needs to get their act together before they drop off the gamer's map with this kind of absurd actions. I will never buy another Trendy game if the lawsuit continues. Absolutely pathetic.
