I try and play this game with my boyfriend and I love the game but like many others I probably won’t for much longer because you can’t do anything when you’re practically tethered at the hip!!! Most ridiculous part of a gameplay I have seen.

This is so dumb this is what makes the game fun, being able to have distance and do other things without having to drag people along

My friend and I would both purchase extra copies for the PS4 if the tether was sorted. Instead, I'm not playing the Xbox copy I purchased last year and am badmouthing it on the regs.

The tether distance makes this game unplayable. Why is it so difficult to understand that in this type of game you need to be able to leave your teammate in order to play the game. I mean I can't try and tame a dino close to base while my teammate is building or gathering resources. If I die my teammate is teleported to me. How is that fair to my teammate? I dont care about performance issues. I would rather play with some issues than not be able to play at all.

I know why we have a tether link because it makes the host lag. We need a tether link option so we can choose how crappy we want how game to lag. Some are okay with the tether and some want no tether. Meet us in the middle.

Me and my buddy play everyday using the tether. We would enjoy being able to run around and do are own stuff and not be completely limited

The game sucks with that option on because you have to by the host the hole time and is no fun like that
