Chess is being represented on the world stage by some brilliant players who need our support and encouragement, and government should start recognising their efforts which they make towards representing India at world stage and continuously being laurels for our country.

This is the game i grew up playing. I didn't have talent to represent india bt these players have. In fact they have shown at every level. Do recognize these players for next arjuna awards as well

Chess is a truly international sport played by almost every nation of the world. The Indian chess players have always made the Nation proud. They need encouragement from the countrymen and deserve due recognition. Please nominate deserving chess players for Arjuna Awards as we do for other sports.

They really deserve it for crushing so much in the ongoing olympiad. Indian chess players just made lockdown the most awesome opportunity for people to fall in love with chess again as it's such a beautiful game.

Chess has been an integral part of Indian history. We have 5 times world champion GM Vishwanathan Anand. Still , the neglact chess has been facing is unbearable. 7 years is too much. We should not compare the sports, but should give the credit where it's due. It's almost time. Chess gets its due credit.
