Every sport deserves equal recognition and importance and seeing the effort put in by Indians and earning awards internationally shows the results so I don't see why Chess Players don't qualify for Arjuna Award

Indian chess should be seen at the same level as any other sport in India. Indian chess players are working so hard and preparing themselves to play for or to represent our country, so as any other indian sport, chess players must also be awarded by Arjuna award it's their right, justice should be made.
