Make ARI one of Scotland's major trauma centres

Please stop thinking of budgets and think that's it's people's lives you're dealing with its needed.

We need a major trauma centre in the north of Scotland If there is a major incident in say Shetland Glasgow Edinburgh or Dundee might be that bit too far .....resulting in more serious prognosis or even fatalities and as they get better they will probably try a punt them back to Aberdeen for rehab anyway

ARI is a major hospital and should not be treated as a wee country facility, there is enough central bias, and I say that coming from the area.

Keep the pressure up !

I get fed up of with everything going to the central belt, we have trauma up here too.

I think it's an utter disgrace that yet again this SNP government are considering just having trauma centres in the Central belt. Just like the police call centres. Scotland does not stop at central belt and don't forget the people north of the central belt pay taxes and insurance too why should the central belt have everything

This cannot happen. It will be a disaster for the North and North East.

Facilities at ARI are far better setup than that of Ninewells in Dundee ie: cardio-thoracic provision and the capacity of ITU beds at Aberdeen

We must have something north of Glasgow or Edinburgh.

This is an essential service in the North East as it covers Orkney & Shetland too.

Must be in Aberdeen

So how does a NE casualty with severe trauma get to the Central Belt, will Miss Sturgeon send her magic carpet.

We must keep this service In Aberdeen for the good of the people in the North east and workers from oil rigs in North Sea

This is a MUST needed centre in the North East. The Central Belt is way to far to travel.
