It is essential that there is a trauma centre based in the north east of Scotland. Without this lives will be lost.

Trauma centres in Glasgow and Edinburgh not on. One of them has to be in Aberdeen to cover the North of Scotland and the Islands.

Aberdeen should have a Major Trauma Centre and Not Central Belt . Think of the Piper Alpha Disaster also the North Sea needs Aberdeen

This is just craziness X we are trying with difficulty to see a GP never mind if it's an accident X this has to stop X stop centralising such vital services X people are going to die X I don't want to have to go south for emergency treatment X it would be distressing enough without being uprooted from family X Aberdeen deserves to have a major trauma centre X what about people North of here X get a grip

It is vital for Aberdeen to have one of the major trauma centres. Transporting casualties with major trauma to the central belt where there could potentially be two centres within 40 minutes of each other is completely ridiculous. Travelling to the central belt from the North-east or highlands would increase the risk to life, disability and recovery as the "critical hour" would be long past.

In a major Oil Industry area this is a much needed facility.
