I am saddened by this decision. Please reconsider this plan and give the young people of Helensburgh and surrounding areas somewhere to be motivated and inspired.

Come on Argyll and Bute council, give us a skatepark that we can be proud of just like Largs, Glenluce, Newport, Carnoustie, Arbroath, Milngavie, Kirkintilloch, Saltcoats...... I could go on and on!!

These types of parks give young ones an interest and keeps them away from the troublemakers hanging about the streets causing trouble

There are plenty of retail opportunities in the town already. Please use this space for our youngsters so they can be outside and active for free!
