every time u ring for appointment it takes 1 hour or more to get them and then they say no appointments till next week, you can see a vet quicker than a doctor

My husband is disabled and trying to get him an appointment is impossible.This system is not working.

I have reported the situation in the past to the practice manager , with regard to Mobil,s getting through quicker than landlines , same number , but , a mobil phone is 9/10 quicker to get through ,,,,.

When you suffer with a chronic illness - it would be nice to be able to see the same Dr so that you don't have to repeat yourself all the time. An online appointment booking system would be helpful as well as a revised telephone system that works for everybody. I have to redial the number hundreds of time, sometimes trying for 40 minutes only to be told when you finally get through, that all appointments have gone for that day! Hugely frustrating!

I would prefer to get to a doctor on the day I'm not well but by the time you get one your feeling better. I like seeing one doctor but never can.

There is no consistance of treatment by being able to see the same Doctor again on the same medical issues.

Impossible system! I sat waiting for answers for half an hour just to be told there are no more appointments. Call again tomorrow!

I agree with you I've been on the phone redialing for over half an hour to be told all appointments have gone and I start dialing dead on 8 o'clock when they open.

The service is disgusting. Just the other day I phoned over 100 times to finally get through and be put on hold for over half an hour just to be hung up on. And the attitude on the receptionist is pretty horrible most of the time too!
