Spent 40 mins in queue just to get told to use the computer screen. Why am I even here if I have to do all the work myself?
They act like doing their job is a massive favor to us. Done.
Absolute nightmare trying to return a broken toaster last week. Staff acted like I was personally insulting them by asking for a refund.
Never again. Waited an hour just to be told my item was out of stock despite the website saying 5 were left.
SERIOUSLY done with this place. They dont care about anyone who shops there.

So rude!! Need to learn how to talk to people.
