When I first moved to Baltimore the Arena Players were a launching pad for my theatrical career. It gave me the opportunity to grow and meet like minded individuals who to this day are a part of my personal & theatrical life. W/o them I am not sure how I would have continued to work in this industry.

I Really Think It's Important To Help Keep This Place Open. Because If They Have Money For The Rehabilitation Of The Hippodrome & The Town Theater. Why Not The Arena Players It's A Great Venue For New Talent like Musicians,Comedians,Actors,Play writers Etc. And Beside It's Apart Of Heritage Here In Baltimore. So Yes We Need To Help Keep It Open.

I just hope the city of Baltimore will do the right thing and give funding to Arena Players. To let this great theatre die, WE die a cultural death! I got my start as an actor at Arena Players, and will not let this theatre crumble to oblivion!

I have watched and taken part in many artistic projects at Arena Players. This is not a fly by night organization and it has served the community well for 60 years uninterrupted. Arena Players is definitely a valuable source for the cultural landscape in Baltimore.
