The location is unsuitable for so many flights. The area has great potential as a uk tourism growth area but that many flights will prevent this.

This development is going to cause massive pollution and noise pollution day and night. All cargo in or out must be transported onwards adding to lorries on the road. yet more noise and air pollution. What abour climate change!

We are all being asked to “do our bit” with helping to reduce pollution. What is this government doing agreeing to add to pollution in our area with this airport.

Shocking that the local MPs were there to hear that manston plan to 'game' the consultations to only hear from supporters and didn't do anything, tacitly supporting this illicit and anti democratic activity

A huge step backwards.

This is a step backwards to the bad old days of Manston Airport. It defies all the support the government has announced in regard to cleaning up the environment as reopening the airport will mean pollution of several sorts. \it must not happen.

This must be an open consultation and must not exclude local residents and their objections. It's not exactly democratic.

This will increase air pollution and noise and the flight paths concern me as I live in Kent.

I agree this wouldn't be a good time or location to open an airport. Especially as this areas are starting to get more moving to live there and as holidays destinations. We are trying to be healthier and have had lockdown to avoid the virus but this project will increase co2 generation, noise and affect people's lifes.
