We live DIRECTLY UNDER THE FLIGHT PATH at it lowest point planes would be skimming our roof at Nethercourt Estate Ramsgate. The noise will be unbearable and the pollution last time with unspent fuel was bad enough with only a couple of planes a day 747 transporters. If this madness happens those pushing for it will have to bear the consequences as our lives will be worthless !! We are being overlooked and abused by Roger Gale and Co. Maybe he would like the disturbance over his home ?

This is ridiculous the environmental damage and noise and air pollution it will cause is dangerous to local tourism. The site needs to be turned into a mobile home camp site with other leisure uses.

Please do not ruin thanet. With air pollution, noise pollution etc. What little tourist industry we have will be lost. Who wants to sit on the beach or a bar listening to deafening planes ahead. Please stop the madness

With a bit of logic and thought more goods are transportable by train. Also is not the case that plenty of civil passenger aircraft carry goods.

Very important that plans are shared and discussed with all who could be affected by this

Using Manston for cargo flights will have a very negative impact on the wildlife of Pegwell Bay especially the migrating birds. This is absolutely the wring approach when we are facing a climate change crisis - do nit increase flights! We need to rather increase cleaner transport methods - use train freight instead.

I come down several times a year and I feel the original plan for sports and leisure would be far better than noisy smelly aircraft that bring pollution and upset to the local area. If its freight think of all the extra lorries adding to chaos on the roads. Please think again.

As residents and tourism business owners that may be affected by the potential new flight paths, we need to be consulted and kept informed of any decisions made ir permissions given.

Previous flight arrivals flew directly over our house. The noise was horrendous and aware of fuel residue deposited on windows, cars etc. I have asthma and am really concerned for my health. Our quality of life will be severely impaired by this superfluous unnecessary development ruining our town and it’s future prospects of economic expansion. Who will want to come to the area with cargo flights constantly over the towns and beautiful beaches. So many detrimental issues under the guise of job prospects in an already fragile countrywide aero industry and spare cargo capacity at existing airports,
I have never received any direct communication but have attended many meetings and faced quite aggressive presentations over the years. Devastated that we are still having to fight this after Secretary of State approving the proposal. The whole of Ramsgate will be adversely affected by this scheme.

OUR LIVES MATTER
So many more cons than pros in this scheme.
