The reopening of this airport is great news for classic aircraft enthusiasts and people in climate change denial. The Government must rethink this, respect the advice of the experts and understand the big picture.

Due to my ongoing concerns over the detrimental effect on the local economy, Ramsgate as a whole, and the noise and air pollution that will negatively affect Thanet.
In addition when experts state it’s not viable how did the DCO ever receive approval.

I oppose the planned airport. I clearly remember as a youngster the noise over Ramsgate, where I still live.

Cargo planes too noisy & polluting.
Lorry transportation issues, roads not able to take increase volume.
I don't want cargo planes flying low over my house disturbing me while I relax in my home & garden or am trying to sleep.

1./ The roads will not be able to take the resulting cargo.
2./ The people want an Airport for passenger flights...

How many times will we see another airport fail? We don't need an airport in South East Kent and there is no logic that I know of that can prove we do.

A ridiculous decision by the SoS but if this debacle is to go ahead then the flight paths should go where they will do the least damage.........

This whole scheme is a farce. Why has the SoS ignored the experts who said don't open the cargo hub. Madness. Will destroy Ramsgate and the whole of East Kent. Utterly shameful!!!!
