Approve the Liquor License Application for The Girl and the Vine

It's hard enough to even get new restaurants to take a chance on Montgomery County, given our archaic, county-controlled liquor monopoly - the last thing we need is NIMBY Puritans opposing all new establishments that dare to serve "the demon liquor," as though it's the 1920's again!

Takoma Park needs more fun, convenient places for its residents and visitors! I’m completely supportive of this new business’ liquor license and additional business it will bring to a locally own entity.

I live on Flower Ave. and my daughter and her family live just down the street from the Girl & the Vine. We enjoyed going to the cheesecake place and are eagerly awaiting this new business. Please grant them the liquor license!!

I live around the corner from this business on Pine Ave and enthusiastically support it getting a liquor license. I can't wait to have a place so close by to go with my family for a bite and a glass of wine!
