The increase in support has moved this request into the focus of several regional policy experts. I am currently reviewing three different legal frameworks for implementation that I plan to present to the Department of Corrections office.

I think this should be passed. There are several married couples who have spouses in prison for many years and intimacy plays a big role in marriage and should be allowed.
I believe it will help keep tje crime down inside of prison. Sexual tention can often create bad mood sings causing inmates to act out in ways they shouldnt
Inhumane to not have contact with the other sex and would be a good way to decrease violence in prison
I need some normal for me and my husband ...please
I approve this petition….inmates are people too and have family who need them like they need them.
Let’s push to get conjugals it would keep the inmates sane and out of trouble plus it would help them adjust to the outside world

I have a husband in the system I believe its fair and should be allowed if the inmate was married before entering the prison.. I believe that things should be put In place for safety of both people and nothing illegal comes in but i believe we need to legalize it again
