As an adjunct instructor in VVC’s Respiratory Therapy Program for nearly 10 years, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of her leadership. Traci’s dedication to student success, integrity, and strong work ethic has helped shape a program that consistently produces graduates who excel in leadership and education. Her absence would create serious instability for students and could have a lasting negative effect on the program’s future.

No one else cares more about the community and patient advocacy then Dr. Marin. She made us who we are today. To care for the community and the people who live here.

Traci is a valued program director for VVCs RT program. Her integrity and values that she holds for her students is great. I hear great feedback from people I know that work at facilities that our VVC students attend regarding their professionalism and knowledge.

I'm in full support of Traci as a I am a current instructor for the respiratory therapy program. She has brought to light the problems that are occurring and must be addressed by the dean and executive leadership in order for the program to function.

Traci has been the driving force behind the success of the respiratory therapy program since I graduated (2009) and became an RT and clinical instructor. She is amazing at what she does and this would be a devastating loss for such an amazing, progressive and thriving program. Our students and staff would not be as successful if it wasn’t for her leadership. Please reconsider.
