Dear Governor Tom Wolf, I support Charles Booker’s request for a pardon. I have known Charles for several years through marriage and consider him my family. During that time I have seen him show his love and support to his family, friends, and community by lending a helping hand when needed. He has proven to be a good citizen and deserves a second chance.
I have known Charles since we were kids. He is a caring person with a big heart and a true friend. We all make bad choices and have accept the consequences for our actions but he has turned himself around and is making great choices to help make life better for his family, friends, and community. If anyone deserves a second chance and a fresh start, it's Charles Booker. Please give him that chance, you will not regret it.
Charles has been a great friend to me for almost 30 years. Our actions as naive young adults are far behind us. We learned our lessons and have made our families and careers the priorities. We take every opportunity we have to tell a young person about our mistakes and what other options they have. Thank you for your time and consideration.
I met Charles a year ago. Right after I met him my son was killed and Mr Booker been by side ever since. He made sure he went through the hurt and pain with me. If I needed anything he was there. He deserves a second chance. He works hard, a loving father, and friend
Charles is a very positive minded individual, and has his focus on being an excellent father. I can personally attest to his character and can assure you that he deserves this chance.

He is an awesome hard working man that may have made mistakes in youth but definitely at the time that I met him showed an awesome law abiding citizen with goals that a record may hold him back a little or cause a little stumble but he is deserving of a second chance without youth bad decisions holding him back from achieving.
