This will be a great development for this building and will attract business people to come stay and work in our area.

I am a leaseholder and have been living opposite this building for last 16 years; It's an excellent idea and I hope they will convert the WHOLE building into a hotel now, current use of garage/tyre shop on the ground floor is a nuisance and attracts bad crowd. This will regenerated the vicinity & bring little class to the area.

Perfect idea for a disused eyesore on Poplar High St. I have been working locally for the past 10 years and i can instantly see the benefits this will have on the local area. We should all encourage creative investment.

It's about time!! The Building been underused for years, the new idea will improve the appearance of the building & the area. A Hotel will contribute towards economic growth & tax revenue for the area & I hope the jobs will go to local residents
