As some of the other comments have stated, she has made the work environment unbearable to work in. Constantly, day in and day out, people will talk about how much they hate working there or did hate to work there, and most of of it is because of her. The lack of communication is astounding, she doesn’t treat anybody fairly, and I personally have felt like I was being screwed over because one manager would tell me one thing and she would do another. I don’t think she is a bad person, but she in my opinion is unfit for the role she has.

Shelia makes it very difficult to deal with day to day life or family matters in fear if being written up or fires over not being able to be there 100% of the time. She also makes it very difficult to want to be their with the constant demands of pushing. She over staffs on days that we don't need to be and then gets very upset when someone needs to leave. I have not been with the company long but am constantly over scheduled when I have asked on several occasions not to be, she makes it very difficult to want to work there and it alters the mood of the staff that in the end affects the atmosphere and mood for guests. The managers and staff are all very over stressed and it is just a hostile environment at times.

Sheila Feltner. The worst manager I have ever had. One of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure to know, let alone work for. She only cares about herself and being right. She has to always be right about everything n when she is wrong she will try to discipline you for telling her otherwise. She treats her employees with such disrespect. I have been with this company for over 3 years and I can safely say that Sheila is the worst part about the job. She is constantly talking down to her employees and always belittling them. If you ask her for help her response is almost always “I’m busy”, when in fact she is sitting in the office staring at the same computer screen for hours on end. Most of the time she is in there in her phone texting, acting “hard at work”. I come to work every single day hating my job because of one person. That shouldn’t be. Sheila needs to go, for the good of the Brunswick location. I can not stress that the Way she talks to her employees is with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. Sheila needs to go!

Sheila is a terror on the Brunswick Applebees. No one wants to work here anymore, and many, many people have quit because of her. Brand new people who have been here a week or 2 make comments on how bad Sheila is. We really need help at this store. People who've been here for over a decade no long want to be with applebees any longer.

Completely against the way this manager treats their employees.

She is absolutely horrible!!! I quit after several years because of her, and so has many others! I really hope this goes somewhere, I know so many people that still work there and I see and hear their pain!!!
