It has taken me over 16 mins to download this petition, how can I operate a business in County Cork?, so unfair, it takes so long to put up a comment on Twitter or Facebook, we have been promised faster connect with years , now I know it will never happen.

Sick of ringing Eircom about the poor broadband speeds. Have tried everything. New modem new cables new PC position. Need a new Eircom! Paying for 6mb getting less than quarter of a mb! Not good enough Eircom.

We complained to Eircom again and again about terrible broadband in our area (An tSeanchluain). They kept giving us the runaround, claiming they were making minor changes every time to fix the 'issue'. We finally took a case to ComReg, and as soon as they were on the case Eircom admitted the local eclxchange just wasn't fit for purpose, and wouldn't be for the foreseeable future. Mo náire sibh Eircom, réitigh é seo!

It's imperative to get these issues addressed asap Eircom. Charging high monthly flat fees for poor broadband coverage is not acceptable, If your business relies heavily of Internet, you cannot afford to do without Internet access. Internet outage can seriously affect your business in terms of lost revenue. Reliability and high speed BB is key for growth.

Next to impossible to run a business with very poor and sometimes non existent broadband. Have contacted Eircom on numerous occasions but didn't get any satisfaction. (Muscrai Construction Ltd., Ballyvourney, Co. Cork)
