I pledge to prevent hazing before it occurs, stop hazing when I see it happening, report it when it has transpired, and help empower others to do the same in their organizations, schools, and communities.
I join others to:
1) Recognize the harm that hazing can cause both physically and psychologically
2) Condemn the act of hazing on all levels
3) Admonish those who haze and those who enable hazing through their silence
4) Be an advocate for the prevention of hazing
I so solemnly pledge myself.

I have been reading through the stories you all are leaving in the comments and the courage shown here is truly humbling. This movement has become something much larger than I ever imagined because of your willingness to speak up about a difficult subject.

Too many people getting hurt for no reason. This stuff needs to stop at app state now.
Keep App safe for everyone. We need to look out for each other instead of tearing each other down.

I lost a friend to hazing at another school. No one should ever have to go through that. End this culture immediately.
