There are zero advantages to Women in broadening the definition to include those born Male. So much concern about lack of Women in STEM (16% of workforce but only 8% as CEO’s, is this your solution? Unbelievable and unscientific

I am a woman because I am an adult human female, not because I have a gendered ‘identity’. I refuse to be redefined as a set of sociocultural sex stereotypes. This is Misogyny! The only thing I have in common with every single woman in the world is my female reproductive system. Pretending that you are blind to sex is about as helpful as pretending you are blind to race.

Women as a protected sex must not have their rights and status eroded to accommodate other groups with different interests and needs. Also, for all data gathering for scientific research and policy planning, it is essential to be able to identify biological information accurately. Sex is a biological reality.
