Being the ex wife of a man who is now a MtF and legally a female, I can attest they are not a 'woman' and am appalled at the lack of understanding of this from people who have never been affected by such a situation. Men with penises and or beards are not women and no woman or child should ever have to accept them as such.

My daughter (twice a school state champion of swimming) now at age 12 says ‘if this (transgender women in sport) happens in swimming I will just give up’ ... science is supposed to be objective not subjective

Now, they find themselves losing their safe spaces, sports events, etc. to trans-identied men, ideological gender stormtroopers and their corporate backers. It is essential that women's sex based rights be protected to ensure the safety, dignity and privacy of the female sex. It is also vital that women have sex based protections re workplace discrimination and fairness on the sporting playing field. The replacement of sex with gender in law has serious ramifications for the rights of women. Don't push this to one side, women make up the majority of Australia's population and deserve clarity from our elected government on this matter.
