A woman is an adult human female. Sex is biological. Gender is a social construct. They are not the same. Sex matters in scientific research and policy. If “woman” is a category of human with no objectively determinable biological criteria, then it is impossible and futile to gather sex disaggregated data to inform research and policy.

Disgusting. A woman is an adult female human being. Their definition is circular, self-referential nonsense. For shame. Inclusivity is not virtuous when it involves male sex offenders abusing their female cellmates and male athletes cheating or injurying women in sports instead of participating in their age, sex and weight category. It is not a virtue. Men who want to be humoured as women are still men. Let's stop humouring gender identities, compelling speech, and stripping women and girls of the protections that allow them to participate safely and fairly in public life. A woman isn't the feelings swirling in a man's head, it is a biological reality that makes us the most common target of sexual abuse. Sex offenders and weight plates don't care about your self-conception, only sex matters. Stop redefining women to include selfish and delusional men, stop reducing women to body parts/functions when their experiences don't overlap with male ""women"". A woman is an adult human female. Our biology is a lived reality that impacts our physical safety, our status in society, and important decisions we make with our lives. Men do not face these particular challenges, and the needs of biological women must be recognised in law, policy making, workplaces, sports, medicine, and science. 'Woman' is not an inner feeling, an essence, a stereotype, or an identity.

A definition should not include the word it is supposed to be defining. Woman is a biological term. Biology and behaviour should not be conflated. Someone who is not a woman may choose to identify with behaviour THEY consider to align with THEIR perception of being a woman, but that doesn't change the fact that they are not a woman.

A woman is not a ‘feeling’. A woman is a biological sex based on chromosomes and a body with unique characteristics. It does not include biological males under any circumstances. It’s a fidgets to have to tell this to scientists. An embarrassment and frankly scary. What other science will you deny next? It’s like the Middle Ages. Please.

I cannot and will not deny my sense of reality bc women are not a hormone level nor are we a self declaration of a female gender idenity.
There is a real narcissism that underpins the notion that everybody else in the world has to play along with some man's fantasy!
Women transition to escape misogyny not like m2f who do it to dig deeper into their fetish!

How does anyone develop relevant policy, programs, medical treatments and support mechanisms when the term “women” is a circular definition. Sorry, but the word “woman” is already taken - it is a sex, not a gender.

Sex is not gender. It is not possible to change sex. Record gender if you must (up to around 150 genders now), but retain collection of sex information, and use sex as the sex protections in human rights acts. Add gender if you want, but you must retain sex.
