Ash is unfair to the providers, because it pays far below reasonable price. And it is unfair to the Patient who should have access to his/her services under their Healthcare insurance, but to find out no provider is will to accept them as patients.

ASH gets a big cut from insurance companies and pays ridiculous low pays or no pay to licensed acupuncturists. Even hair salons get more compensation than medical professionals.

ASH control a lot of insurance, preventing patients and acupuncturists from getting better treatment, exploiting the rights of patients and acupuncturists!

Would be nice if chiropractic boards assisted in this fight. Action from all of us is necessary if we want change.

I recommend all Chiros/Acupuncturist/etc. complain to your State Bearue of Insurance and keep going to higher level so that they restrict ASH from operating in such states. Basically, the big insurance companies (Cigna, BCBS, AETNA) hire ASH to screw us and ASH responds that for the area that we serve, we shall go through ASH. Someone need to dig this out and figure out if insurances have rights to assign ASH for a strict contract.
