Antitrust Lawsuit Acupuncturists/Chiropractors/Doctors vs American Specialty Health Price Fixing

Acupuncturists are professional health care provider. They deserve a fare reimbursement.

ASH disallows me to provide quality care to my patients, I cannot afford staying in practice if I accept their "reasonable" pay under "medical necessity". They deliberately make you jump through hoops and fight to get paid. Seems like they do so to discourage providers to properly care for their patients.

ASH is trash. We are primary care providers and spent years to get our Masters or Doctorate. It is shameful to try to pressure us to get paid so little to provide the quality care our patients deserve. I am encouraging my patients to seek better plans with other insurance providers and some have done so already.

I am very concerned about ash practice.

ASH and their "medical necessity" reviews are ridiculous. It is too much paperwork and not enough reimbursement which only hurts their client.

ASH payment is so unfair. With ASH payment, we can't offer to do the business and treat patients anymore. I decided to withdraw ASH and CIGNA. If BCBS/ Regence is going to use ASH as a third party to process its medical claims, I will be forced to quit as a network provider from BCBS/Regence too. Thanks for your attention and support. Ash is not only paying all in-net work providers poorly, but also making difficult and complicated for providers as well patients, it is time consuming, unnecessary and also reject our request and deny our claims frequently—it is unfair!!!

No one should be in ASH’s network.
