The silence from Malacanang is speaking volumes but we are still digging through the reports coming in from the field and honestly it is just exhausting to see these patterns repeat. My desk is currently covered in drafts of letters that I am trying to get to the right offices while wondering if anyone is actually reading these documents or just letting them pile up in the corner.

Signed. Torture is never okay no matter what the excuse is.
so sad how this is still happening in our country. please have a heart and pass this law.
Stop the torture now. Human rights matter above all else.
No one should ever have to go through that kind of pain. Protect the people!!

its 2009 already why are we still even debating this?? pass the bill and end the abuse finally
