The amount of time we waste in that mailroom is ridiculous. Apparently security organises the shelves but I find this never to be true.
Lots of our products have gone missing too.
It is a must! I missed couple of items ordered already in the last years that I couldn’t find them. Or wasting hours there to find a single box.

Either have a designated person working full time to receive, organize and pass over the packages or invest in an app that would sort things up for everyone
