I have been reading the messages you left about the exhaustion this assessment causes and it confirms why I started this fight. The pressure is becoming impossible and we are working behind the scenes to ensure the administration understands the toll this takes on us.

Seeing this grow so quickly reminds me how much stress this evaluation places on everyone in our program. The weight of these exams feels heavy for me personally and it is clear I am not the only one feeling this pressure.

c est deja assez dur comme ca avec tous les dossiers a rendre en meme temps. personne n aura le temps de reviser correctement.

on est epuisés. la charge de travail est juste pas realiste pour ce semestre.
