Don't understand people who own animals but don't look after them

This is appalling he should never be allowed animals and if this is his house can't imagine what poor conditions the animals in the allotments must be living in, best the RSPCA do something

Lets hope something gets done..this is heartbreaking!!

Seen this guy in the Mount Surgery yesterday, dog tied to the back of his quad. Surely this is against the law!

this man was in my street a few weeks ago the police had pulled him over. The dog was very distressed and barking.. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and the police left him go on his way with the dog still balancing on the back of the motorbike

Ban this person from keeping animals for life

this is so sad to read the rspca are no good i hear bad storys about them all the time!!!.. Get a few people break in his back take these animals off him!!!.. Keep ringing police get them out show them every thing you got and get them to do some thing about it!! Hope these animals get the help they need

I seen this guy I think the other day down mount surgery and your right the dog didn't stop barking and seemed distressed and he left the quod and the dog out side and it was tipping down.

I will happily rehome a puppy if it is healthy, I have 2 small children so as long as it wouldn't hurt my children we will give it a forever home
