all calls should be acted upon, by a visit from someone. These poor animals should not be suffering. The rspca I wouldn't personally trust with even a stuffed toy animal

im a qualified vet nurse and this is apsolutly discusting animals have a soul and feelings like us if it was a human in thats state the police and social services would be streight out plz sort this as its against their rights and against the law

The ways he drives with the dog tied to the back of the quad infuriates me. The dog is petrified. He should be banned from keeping animals for life!

What's the address? If the rapca are not doing anything surely someone could take maters in to their own hands?

This is tragic for those suffering animals,this person should be named and shamed for starters and not be allowed to keep anymore animals,this person obviously loves rats as he is making sure that they are well fed and housed due to the neglect of of the chickens, dog and puppies he us tormenting. I will share this for you and just hope that somesne in authority has a conscience and does something today, Shame on the person who is being cruel and Shame on the local authorities for not taking decisive action.
