Protecting our wild and native fisheries should be the first and foremost goal of the PFBC. If you take care of the fish, the fishing will take care of itself.

These fish are doing something in winter that can not be witnessed by summer sampling efforts. Please consider all of the species behaviors and make appropriate management decisions.

Please preserve wild trout. Me personally I would like to see stocking get cut back and just stocked in waters that cannot support wild trout. Let’s keep the uneducated and politics away from our wild trout.

Protecting our wild trout from harvest is a worthy goal! IMO all streams that support a wild trout population should be C&R (AT). A wild trout is to valuable to kill!

Protect the larger fish with good genetics so they can successfully reproduce. Nature is the best hatchery.

Look no further than to Montana to see how stopping stocking and regulating properly has had a profound and positive impact on the fish.

This would be a great idea for the growth of the trout in Pennsylvania streams.I think it would be great for the younger generation of fishermen/Fisher women as well.

I’m in full support of this regulation as long as we can maintain all current catch and release waters.

I think more than one stream should be used in the study.
