Would also like the clarion river from ridgway down to Portland mills be protected for catch and release only! This river should be taken note of. It is already protected in the 7 mile stretch from johnsonburgh down to ridgway but needs extended! Male a petition for that!

I think for the price of the fishing license and trout stamp. There should more being done to improve the waters and more hatcheries built to stock more fish.
