I've coached with Andy for over 10 years at the youth level and in High School. He has also coached both of my boys. The only way to describe him is Top-Notch. He is an incredible teacher of the game and an even better teacher of life to young men.

Coach Stefanelli has always been the hardest working and most dedicated teammate or coach on the field. As a teammate he made me want to be a better player. As a man, you can always count on Andy. No one would inject more passion and energy into a program as Coach Stefanelli.

I have witnessed the dedicated and successful football coaching skills of Andy Stefanelli, since my son was 8 years old and until he was a freshman in high school. This included RFL League games, the "We Hit " Camps and Statewide Crab Bowl competitions. Much of my son's dedication and learned skill sets in football are the result of the on the field mentoring and coaching Andy is known for. He has one of the most effective presentation skills I have ever seen in youth football coaches. He encourages and successfully obtains both team and individual attention when it comes to learning and executing football tactics. Another important part of Andy Stefanelli's coaching is his consistent emphasis on keeping academics the top priority in competitive sports.
