The HTC One m7 is a revolutionary device that started the trend of good quality builds from HTC and other manufactures. Despite that fact that the M7 is over two years old it's excellent hardware is still more than capable to run the latest android apps and games today. The current android lollipop release for the M7 is buggy and feels very half baked with sense 6 kitkat era apps clashing with the material design of Google's latest android version. To make matters worse some sense 7 apps such as the launcher, clock and lock screen have been pushed to M7 users through the play store. This creates a drastic clash in interfaces and give the phone a very half-baked sloppy feel.The developing community has determined that Sense 7 can run flawlessly on the M7's hardware therefore there is not a hardware constraint holding back a Sense 7 release.

The proper way to fix these issues would be to release one final update for the M7 with android 5.1 and Sense 7. This would not only fix the ui issues in the current lollipop release, but would also make for many happy customers that would be more likely to continue choosing HTC for future devices.One last big update to the M7 would also be a good way to send the device that started a legacy out with a bang.

In short we respectfully request one last software update to all variants of the One M7 including Android 5.1 and Sense 7.
