I have finished drafting a formal letter of complaint to the local clinical commissioning group detailing the risks associated with this discharge decision. I am currently waiting for a response from the patient advocacy liaison service to clarify the internal appeals process.

The nhs really needs to do better. So many people are being failed by the system these days
Disgusting treatment by the nhs. They should be ashamed of themselves

How can they just discharge someone when they arent better yet? madness.

This is honestly so heartbreaking. She is clearly struggling and needs help not to be pushed out the door.
