Create a vest allowance to help

It's ridiculous that EMS/EMT have to have enough signatures to get a much needed uniform addition.

Makes sense to protect first attenders

Safetey is of utmost importance

If there's a risk of them getting shot they should have armoured vests. They save people's lives, I believe that gets harder if they've been shot.

Thank you for your service paramedics. You deserve to be safe.

in a time like ours, it is important that we protect and help those that cannot do it for themselves. EMT's are not bulletproof and too often the target of attacks. if this can save them, save them. if the problem is that these vests would make them indistinguishable from law enforcement, make the vests in a certain color with red crosses if possible. this shouldn't stop people from being saved and able to save others

Our service members need to be protected at all times! They can not save lives if there’s are in the presence of danger.

If this might keep even one medic alive, then this should be handed out.

I believe in safety for our paramedics.
